Sheet Metal Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication of sheet metal tubulars bellows, expansion joints and exhaust systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate shop equipment, to fabricate metal bellows
- Use hands and tools to cut, shape and join metal plate, sheet, pipe and structure into finished product
- Possess an understanding of mechanical drawings, materials packaging, product and process
- Possess an understanding of mathematics pertaining to dimensional measurement, material counts, and instruction to timekeeping
- Maintain an orderly work space and appearance
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for an eight-hour shift, with defined breaks
- Must have dexterity to position hold and manipulate tools equipment
- Must have strength to lift 50lbs from floor to waist
- Ability to read/write/speak English
- Legal authorization to work in the US
