Responsibilities include:
1) Read travelers, count, and verify kits are complete and correct.
a. Understand materials and their details
i. Endcaps: Polypro, Acetal, Tin Plated, Stainless
1. Faced or not (Plastic caps)
2. Sandblasted or not (Metal caps)
ii. Media: Synthetic or Natural
1. Synthetic: Glass, Nylon, Polypro (usually multilayer)
2. Natural: Cellulose (various grades)

b. Preparation and Plans
i. Is the cut length shorter than the core length?
1. May be able to replace core with a shorter/correct length (inform Ryan)
2. May have to cut the core to shorter length
ii. Pre-cutting
1. “rough cut” material when using glue/primer to save material.
2. Invicta should run through Autoseamer then cut to length
2) When too few parts are kitted, bring traveler BOM page to warehouse go-to personnel
a. Report shortages, incorrect or mixed parts to coordinators
3) When too many parts are kitted, leave the parts on the designated rack with part/job number.
4) Move from pre-staging area to various production staging areas.
a. Move media to/from assembly tables to/from netting, to/from saw room to/from machines
b. Move endcaps to designated racks
c. Move completed jobs from get ready to QC
5) Maintain netting station stocked with net
6) Bring in water jugs and take out trash as needed
