A Day in the Life
As a Collision Body Repair Tech I, you will:
Perform minor disassembly of damaged vehicles and assist in repair planning.
Complete minor repairs on body panels, bumpers, fenders, and similar components.
Sand, grind, and prepare surfaces for refinishing.
Fit and align repaired panels to ensure proper appearance and function.
Reassemble vehicles according to factory specifications and Toyota repair processes.
What We Need From You
High School Diploma or GED required.
0–5 years of related collision repair experience (sheet metal and interior repair preferred).
Developing awareness in the following areas:
Troubleshooting & problem-solving
Preventive maintenance
Power and hand tool operation
Mechanical aptitude
Metalworking tools (sanders, grinders, etc.)
