Production Technician
Temp to Hire
$20 - $23/hr
1st shift: 9am - 5:30 pm w/30 min lunch

Job Description:
- Build, calibrate, test and audit production machines per specifications and procedures for each product/SKU within the required timeframe.
- Verify conformance to product specifications, application protocols, and audit document outcomes.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve issues on production floor and provide feedback for continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Maintain 100% accurate and timely documentation on job hours, BOM/parts used, production data et cetera.
- Load raw materials (antenna, chips, release liner, adhesive) and semi-finished products into production lines.
- Operate machines and monitor production status during operation, and perform regular machine inspections and monitor product conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Work diligently and efficiently, keeping in mind quality practices consistently.
- Keep a cooperative attitude with team members, leaders, and co-workers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or Bachelor degree in engineering, manufacturing or equivalent a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing environment a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to identify and escalate problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of reliability and accountability, as many functions of the role are subject to stringent or changing deadlines.
