Human Resources Clerk
$22.00 per hour
Temp to Hire
77040 

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Clerk with experience in hiring and talent acquisition. Your role would be to carry out the day-to-day tasks necessary to support our hiring and recruiting efforts. Additionally this role will be expected to provide administrative assistance to the HR department with payroll processing and benefits administration on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain the company's presence on public job boards.
• Communicated hiring needs with our staffing agencies and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Process and review applicant resumes for relevant job skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Communicate with applicants, keeping them apprised of their status, and scheduling them for interviews according to calendar availability.
• Oversee applicants' arrival on-site, the completion of their application, proctoring of tests and processing of paperwork.
• Conduct post-interview offer meeting with applicants.
• Coordinate applicant drug testing and background checks.
• Assist with payroll processing on an as-needed basis.
• Assist with benefits administration on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience
• Minimum of three years working in a human resources environment.
• Hiring and Recruiting Experience
• Attendance and punctuality
• Ability to multi-task.
