Array Technician 
Temp to Hire 
1st Shift 6am-2:30pm (2 Openings)
$19/hr 
 
Overview
Final Array Integration Technician to support the assembly and integration of solar-powered systems, control panels, PLCs, and analyzer shelter packages. This role is responsible for ensuring all electrical and mechanical components are properly installed, wired, and tested to meet project specifications and company standards for safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in electrical integration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Integrate and assemble solar power systems, analyzer shelters, control panels, and PLC-based equipment 
  • Install, terminate, and test low-voltage and DC solar wiring, including battery systems and power distribution components 
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, P&IDs, and engineering drawings 
  • Perform final system integration including mounting components, routing wiring, and verifying connections 
  • Conduct functional testing of integrated systems to ensure proper operation prior to shipment 
  • Troubleshoot wiring, component, and system-level issues as needed 
  • Ensure all assemblies meet Solarcraft quality standards and customer specifications 
  • Maintain accurate production logs, test results, and documentation 
  • Prepare and stage materials, tools, and components for integration activities 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies 
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes 
  • Complete job in the estimated timeframe.
 
Qualifications & Experience
 
  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • 1+ years of experience in electrical assembly, system integration, or manufacturing 
  • Experience with solar power systems (DC), battery systems, and/or industrial control panels preferred 
  • Strong understanding of AC/DC electrical systems and basic troubleshooting 
  • Proficiency using voltmeters, multimeters, and hand/power tools 
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings 
  • Familiarity with analyzer systems or industrial instrumentation is a plus

Work Environment
 
  • Manufacturing/industrial setting with exposure to electrical equipment and machinery 
  •  Warehouse environment with exposure to weather elements.  
  • PPE required, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots 
  • Work on skid-mounted systems, enclosures, and analyzer shelters 
  • Working in outside elements year around. 
 
Physical Requirements
 
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per day) 
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching (including overhead work inside enclosures) 
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs 
  • Manual dexterity for wiring, tool use, and component installation 
  • Visual ability for detailed electrical work, including color recognition and close inspection 
  • Ability to work in confined spaces within enclosures or shelters when required
