QC Inspector
Temp to Hire
$22/hr ($2 Shift Differential)
1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm OT as needed until 4:30pm
2nd shift: 5:30pm - 2:30am OT as needed until 4:30am
1stGeneral Role Description
Required to perform hands-on and visual inspections on products prior to testing (pre-power inspection).
Role Accountabilities
ï€ Confirm all documentation, such as assembly and QC check sheets are complete and accurate. (Signed, dated, current revision)
ï€ Must stay focused on task while performing inspections.
ï€ Confirm the quality and workmanship of the product and processes in assigned areas, such as In-process and finished
good products are to engineer specifications on drawings.
ï€ Report detailed and accurate discrepancies on non-conforming products. (NCP)
ï€ Good verbal and written communication with other departments.
ï€ Maintain 5’s standards implemented
ï€ Follow all safety precautions
ï€ Display a professional, respectful attitude as a Quality Team Member
ï€ Standing for extended periods and bending may be required.
ï€ Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
ï€ 1 - 3 years’ experience in Quality Control manufacturing.
ï€ Must be able to read and interpret schematics.
ï€ Must be able to use Digital Multimeters, Tape measure (preferably metric) basic hand tools.
ï€ Must be detailed oriented, able to comprehend mechanical and wiring drawings, detect poor workmanship.
ï€ Must possess basic English communication skills sufficient to understand work instructions, safety protocols, and perform
essential job functions
Preferred Qualifications
ï€ Knowledge of MS Office and ISO 9001
