Pay Range: Up to $25.00 Hourly Pay (Depending on the experience)
Location: 529/290 Area
Schedule : Must be open to be on call if needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair three-phase electrical systems, including motors, drives, and control panels.
- Conduct maintenance and repair on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, and actuators.
- Inspect, test, and adjust equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in maintenance practices and safety protocols.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on three-phase electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call shifts as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Capacity to work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
