Inside Sales Coordinator
Temp to Hire
Pay: $42K - $47K annually
Overall Responsibilities:
- Handling of inquiries from customers and outside sales managers
- Handling of order processing from customers and outside sales managers
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and have the correct prices, discount and product numbers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure queries, sales and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Managing integrated projects from receipt of order to delivery of goods
- Ensure proper completion of projects according to agreements within the sales department
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks within the Sales department
Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Participate in product training and development in product knowledge of company products and other relevant product groups
- Always ensure that all relevant products and services are presented to potential customers in a professional way
- Maintaining accurate daily administrative processes in MS Office and Navision
- Communicate customer complaints to the QA Department to ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met.
- Responsible for sharing knowledge to relevant departments and implement where applicable
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years with Customer Service and Technical Sales
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Experience working with Microsoft word and excel.
- Experience working with Navision is ideal.
- Technical knowledge or flair is an advantage.
- Perform high level of service to External Sales, Customers
- Ensure strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Eager to make new sales with customer, including add-on service
- Be updated on Technical knowledge within relevant areas
