Inventory Analyst
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Direct Hire
Pay: $19.00 with 10% quarterly bonuses (depending on company performance)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors inventory discrepancies and irregularities via exception reports and corrects these discrepancies
NIL Investigation/Resolution
Process daily inventory transactions and location audits
Coordinates with warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory processing and maintenance.
Supports the Inventory Manager as required
Use Scan Guns for cycle counting
Adjust Length and Weight
Move Tags to different warehouses
Generate Excel Spreadsheets
Complete NCR’s
Scrap out archived tags and split tags with same tag number
Locate lost material
Enter in condition codes
Move tags to CC warehouse that are NIL
Change locations of found material
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements/Qualifications
Preferred knowledge of steel & nickel alloy manufacturing processes.
Good organizational skills and Problem Solving Skills
Good computer skills
Spends 70% of time in the shop area and yard. Exposed to possible shop hazards, including high noise and eye injuries.
Physical demands: computer work, sits, walks, bends, stands, stoops, lifts.
