Inventory Catalog Assistant
(Temporary Position)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time (No Overtime)
Duration: Approximately 1–2 Months
Pay Rate: $15.00–$16.50 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary employee to assist with creating a visual inventory catalog of our in-house products. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or someone seeking short-term summer employment.
The primary responsibility will be photographing inventory items and organizing images into a comprehensive, accurate glossary for internal use. The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Photograph inventory items and equipment.
- Organize and label photos accurately.
- Create and maintain a visual glossary of all in-house inventory.
- Ensure images are clear, consistent, and properly categorized.
- Verify item information and maintain accurate records.
- Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using a camera, smartphone, or basic computer software.
- Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Previous inventory, administrative, data entry, or photography experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be highly focused on accuracy and quality.
