Monday to Friday 5:00 am - 3:30pm open to OT and weekends

If you are an Inventory professional looking for an opportunity to grow, exciting opportunity for you in the Houston, TX area! The Coordinator/Expeditor is responsible for addressing material shortages in the shop, communication with the team, and ensuring accurate and timely material flows.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Generate reports and review on hand material status, actioning each item daily
Make recommendations for inventory adjustments
Make recommendations for stock items and/or material status change
Prioritize materials for orders and communicate status to the team
Distributes daily/weekly reports to ensure inventory accuracy
Assists Supervisor with maintaining transactional system integrity
Helps problem solve Receiving, Shipping, or Material Availability issues
Investigate inventory inaccuracies and WIP transactions for validity
Generates reports or documents in support of Shipping, Receiving and Inventory
Maintains documents per the Emerson record retention policy
Process material and due date changes to released work orders as needed
Assists with LEAN initiatives (kanban, process improvement)
