1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM
(Employee will receive a 15 minute paid morning break, a 30 minute unpaid lunch break and a 15 minute paid afternoon break. They may occasionally be asked for flexibility for some overtime by arriving an hour earlier or staying a little later or some rare weekend work)

We are currently seeking an energetic experienced Facilities Janitor candidate that is interested in primarily a janitor role, but will be open to assisting in other maintenance and facilities duties on occasion around the facility both indoors and outdoors. The candidates should be able to be on their feet for up to 8 hours a day and quick on the move with their duties. They will be asked to carry a walk-talkie and may be called upon at various times throughout the day to assist in other areas and tasks.
Job Functions:
- General cleanup of the facility, cleaning may include, restrooms, sweeping, dusting, trash removal, mopping, wiping down counter/tabletops, wiping under tables, wiping down chair legs, cleaning ou refrigerators, etc.
- Maintain stock of paper products in restrooms and breakroom
- Responsible for the removal and breakdown of boxes and other recycling items throughout the facility
- Must maintain cleanliness of the shop floor, conference rooms and front office areas in an orderly condition, this may include taking out trash, rearranging furniture, sanitizing items, cleaning and restocking safety PPE, using motorized cleaning equipment, etc.
- Conduct basic facility duties, that may include changing light bulbs, sweeping, trash collection, table or chair setup, air filter replacement, installation of door locks, etc.
- Maintain stock of beverages, paper products and cleaning supplies in the facility breakroom
- Manage office/furniture moves and assembly
- Assist with maintenance activities to support operations
- Property beautification, trash pick-up and routine landscaping of company grounds
- Paint and apply caulk or sealant as needed on walls, sidewalks, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, maintain accurate facilities equipment inventory records, and provide regular status reports
- Identify and report where major repairs are required
- Interacts in a professional manner with employees, vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Follow the Lock Out Tag Out program when assisting maintenance
- Interface closely with other departments to ensure projects involving facility maintenance are defined accurately and executed effectively
- Participate in Lean events with active involvement in CI initiatives
- Report unsafe acts or conditions to supervision immediately as noticed
- Required: The candidate must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Preferred: Candidates with 3+ years of experience
