Position: Janitorial
Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Bilingual preferred
Key Skills:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Emptying trash and recycling bins
Cleaning and sanitizing break rooms and office areas
Restocking cleaning supplies such as paper towels and soap
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills; bilingual preferred
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent work quality
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or cleaning roles preferred
Physical ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean environment
Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety procedures
