Job Description

Loan/Data Entry Clerk
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary:
Will teach the right candidate all about the loan process. This person will learn to handle first level problem/resolutions with credit union and dealer clients as well as internal staff. This will require excellent customer service and communication skills.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Researches and communicates findings to dealerships and credit union clients for any grievances or issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handles any reimbursement forms, settlement adjustments, and other documentation as needed.
  • Process and audits loan packages sent by dealers for funding.
  • Communicates with dealerships staff in a friendly and professional way by phone and fax to obtain necessary documents to complete loan packages for funding.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to all internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general degree (GED)
  • Must have Excellent Data Entry skills with great attention to detail.
  • Must have attention to detail and juggle multiply tasks at once.
  • Must have strong written and communication skills.
