Maintenance Personnel: Industrial Janitor
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm M-F
Starting Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00
Description:
Industrial Janitor Personnel role in a repetitive manufacturing facility. Regular responsibilities include facility, vent and machinery cleaning, inventory maintenance of household consumables, parking lot and property cleanliness and trash collection. Role also includes providing assistance with the needs from the Maintenance Foreman during equipment and facility repairs, and monitoring contract personnel when on site conducting work.
Maintenance Personnel Duties:
- General Cleaning and Maintenance.
- Facility and machinery cleaning.
- Assisting Maintenance Foreman with special projects as needed
- General labor as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical skills
- Hand tool knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
- Capable of lifting at least 35 lbs., and able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Use of a ladder and working with a ladder is required.
- Submit to and pass a drug screening.
- Submit to and pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Plumbing experience
- Electrical experience
- Machine Maintenance experience
- Hydraulic systems experience
- Tool/Drill Sharpening
- Able to troubleshoot motor control systems.
