Job Title: Maintenance Personnel

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm M-F

Starting Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00

Description:

Seeking applicants for a Maintenance Personnel role in a repetitive manufacturing facility. Regular

responsibilities include facility cleaning as well as monitoring the conditions of shop equipment,

machinery, and fluid levels. The ideal candidate will have experience with plumbing, electrical,

hydraulic, and more, however we are willing to invest time to train up a motivated entry level candidate.

Maintenance Personnel Duties:

• General Cleaning and Maintenance.

• Assisting maintenance foreman with special projects as needed

• Monitor condition of Way oil in CNC Mills and Lathes, and coordinate oil changes with foremen

and operators to minimize machine downtime.

• Check and maintain fluids in band saws and hydraulic equipment.

• Monitor and grease machinery and equipment.

• Monitor and maintain battery water levels.

• Perform maintenance checks and upkeep on basic shop equipment including, but not limited to:

Forklifts, Air Compressors, Jib Cranes.

• Cutting pallets down for disposal.

• General labor as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical skills

• Hand tool knowledge

• Ability to troubleshoot problems.

• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.

• Capable of lifting at least 35 lbs., and able to stand for extended periods of time.

• Submit to and pass a drug screening.

• Submit to and pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Plumbing experience

• Electrical experience

• Machine Maintenance experience

• Hydraulic systems experience

• Tool/Drill Sharpening

• Able to troubleshoot motor control systems.
