First Shift – 6:00AM – 3:00PM (Open to working OT when needed)

Maintenance Technician II Responsibilities
- Operate and repair general manufacturing machines including CNC machines.
- Participate in the general repairs of all machinery throughout the facilities and grounds.
- Lead team members, conducting minor and major Preventive Maintenance and Projects as assigned.
- Ability in trouble shooting complex problems on sophisticated machine tools, generators, air compressors and other types of equipment.
- Assists in responsibility for physical movement of material throughout plant.
- Working knowledge of HVAC and Chilled Water systems.
- Understands pneumatics and electrical controls for machinery to include VFD’s and electronic circuits.
- Maintains knowledge and ability to work with manual machine repair.
- Ability to operate and repair basic small machines.
- Assist in leadership roles in the absence of the Facility Manager.
- Support cosmetic appearance of buildings by painting, power washing, ground maintenance, etc.
- Support upkeep of plant facilities to include general plumbing, exchanging of filters, minor electrical and mechanical repairs etc.
- Participate in company daily waste and scrap removal.
- Conduct daily check list of critical equipment.
- Fabricates materials in wood working area for crates, tables, etc.
- Ability to drive forklift and operate man lift equipment.
- Responsible for assisting with the physical movement of material throughout the plant.
- Help to ensure the facility maintains a clean, safe working environment.
Maintenance Technician II Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret simple flowcharts and schematics documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergency repairs as needed.
