Administrative Assistant/Customer Service, Houston, TX 77088
Temp to Hire
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:
Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant with social media experience who is a people-oriented leader that displays initiative and completes requests by establishing priorities, managing time, maintaining cooperation from others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and closing the loop.

Duties: 
  • Answer phone calls and directs the caller to the appropriate personnel or department to ensure all calls are addressed.
  • Handle roll over calls and direct messages to provide clients with the basic information to satisfy their call.
  • Provide support notes for customer accounts in Alarm Software.
  • Create folders and maintains filing system within customer folders.
  • Contact customers via phone call for satisfaction surveys.
  • Provides direct administrative support to senior leaders including scheduling, handling customer complaints and Q & A's, filing and shredding paperwork, compliance engine submittals, input invoices.
  • Assist in the ordering of office supplies.
  • Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.
  • Customer Q & A surveys  
  • Maintaining business social media platforms
  • Assisting web designers with marketing 
Required:
  • Marketing and Social media coordinator experience 
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Some College or technical school certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Detail Oriented

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
