Salary: $41,000 per year
Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with Graphic Design skillset to join our team. The position will report directly to the Marketing Manager and occasionally to Director of Marketing. The role is a multifaceted role that is responsible for design projects as well as organizational and project management tasks. They will also ensure the confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Role Responsibilities:
Must be organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects and carrying a project through from start to finish
Write project briefs and build timelines
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral and prep for production (promotional calendars, marketing collaterals, etc.)
Assist with compiling company assets as well as brand style guidelines for consistency
Update and manage centralized storage for marketing assets, materials, data, etc.
Develop design content across divisions for a variety of platforms such as social media, websites, email, etc.
Perform retouching and manipulation of images
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
2-4 years of experience in graphic design and extremely organized
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, color, print and web platforms and experience in production
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Knowledge of Adobe Suite: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software including Microsoft Office
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Strong analytical skills
Excellent eye for detail
Time Management and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Able to read, write and speak English
Able to work outside of normal business hours as needed
100% Attendance is required
