Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- This role will assist management with creating and brainstorming new marketing efforts when needed.
- Responsibilities will focus on executing specific initiatives that drives the strategic marketing of the product to the target audience within budget.
- Will work closely with the sales teams to ensure traffic numbers continually increase.
- The Sr. Sales and Marketing Coordinator will also assist management with generating reports and working with both internal and external clients (realtors, brokers, vendors, sales team).
- Responsible for coordinating administrative functions to support the sales management team as well as the field teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of marketing experience in customer service oriented environment required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of with a homebuilder or real estate industry preferred
- High school degree or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s preferred
- Exceptional organizational capability, including the ability to multi-task
- Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships
- Strong verbal & written communication, with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate accurately and persuasively
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary
