Model Home Assistant - 77362
Temp to Hire
Part Time - two days a week for now (Saturday and one weekday) 
$16.00 per hour
 
This part-time position is for Wednesdays & Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Must be able to start on Saturday, October 5, 2024.
This position is at the Model Home located at Pinehurst, TX  77362.

Duties
  • Welcome potential home buyers into the model.
  • Complete Info on Name, Address, Contact Info
  • Find Out When they are Ready to Build & Do They Own Their Own Lot
  • Answer Phones/Respond to Voice Mails & Emails
  • Assist Personnel As Needed
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service to potential buyers and sales representatives.
Qualifications
  • One year of Customer Service experience. 
  • Professional and self-motivated.
  • Good work history.
