Pay: $18.00/hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Print and validate work orders and any order requests sent through email throughout the day
● Communicate and respond to various inquiries either by email or phone system
● Required to substitute material on orders, once approved, to accommodate client needs
● Provide clarification of orders that are not complete or not concise through feedback between sales and shop floor
● Sort and file/deliver orders to the proper departments
● Update work order log
● Update order status
● Run and send out shipping list
● Enter saw production
● Other duties as assigned
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
● Working to a target of Zero accidents or near miss incidents.
● As part of the operations team you will also be jointly responsible for contributing towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and
operational targets and overall business aims.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
● High school degree required
● Minimum of 1-4 years of related field experience
● Experience in manufacturing or O&G related field preferred
● Computer skills a must (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, ERP system)
● Computer skills preferred (G Suite, iMetal)
● Possess knowledge of material, customer requirements and sales order structure
● Good understanding of the process flow
● Good organizational, problem solving and verbal/written communication
skills
