Panel Wiring
Pay Rate: $15.30/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a Panel Wiring B associate to assemble and wire electrical control panels according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires experience reading wiring diagrams, using hand and power tools, and ensuring all assemblies meet quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Job Duties
  • Build and wire electrical control panels according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and print specifications.
  • Lay out and mount electrical devices, components, and hardware inside control panels.
  • Assemble standard enclosures, including motor starters, circuit breakers, and disconnects.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, assembly procedures, and quality standards.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet engineering drawings and customer specifications.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, semi-automated material handling equipment, and overhead cranes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Work overtime when required to meet production demands.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of panel wiring experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
