Part Time Admin Assistant, 77433
M-F
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Temp to Hire
$19.00

Duties
• Answers and direct phone calls, including distribution of off-hours messages.
• Assists and covers the reception desk during breaks and vacations.
• May also perform support tasks such as requesting proposals, creating reports and filing.
• Initiates action items from manager’s meeting notes and distributes accordingly. May assist with meeting preparation
• Will support multiple managers
 
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of Administrative or Reception experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with numbers, including calculations
• Working knowledge of billing and payment processing.
