Job Description
- Manage 100 inbound calls daily in a timely manner while providing high quality service.
- Responsible for 100 emails daily and 100 chats daily.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center environment experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills along with active listening.
- Ability to assist customers with different issues and concerns.
