$80K - $92K /annual base + 10% annual bonus incentive = Potentially making in the range of 88,000 to $101,200 DOE

We have an immediate opening for a Product Quality Engineer located in the area of Cypress, Texas. This position will be responsible the automation product line engineering assignments, including product applications enhancements, quality, and testing. Specifically working with Artificial Lift Products.

What You Will Do:
New and existing product validation and application testing
New and existing product integration engineering and testing
Manage and resolve product quality issues.
Project engineering and technical support as required
Support concurrent engineering efforts by participating in design development projects representing quality assurance and the customer.
Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
Assist in development of Standard Work instructions & Operating procedures, project documentation, and 5S checklists.
Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.
Work collectively with supply chain to ensure suppliers meet minimum company quality requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering
10 years of work experience in a sustaining, hardware support or product engineering role.
5 years working in an automation or control systems engineer role within a manufacturing or project engineering environment
Experience working with RTUs, PLCs, and Variable Frequency Drives is a must.
Knowledge of Serial & TCP communications networks, and analog and digital instrumentation and control.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge with ability to learn new computer software programs
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present to senior management
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
