Pay up to $100,000 Annually
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day to day operations with in assigned team(s)
- Identifies problems and offers improvement solutions to increase productivity
- Manages new product introduction for various projects and equipment
- Implements policies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Develop and improve strategic objectives and processes including but not limited to all compliance and appropriate legal requirements; in coordination with operations and executive leadership
- Manage multiple projects at once; plan, arrange, organize and projects, and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage total costs which result in measurable price reductions, value, productivity improvements, and cost avoidances.
- Analyzes data and provides regular reports to senior management highlighting various areas
- Monitors and controls process/maintenance costs and production levels to remain within budgetary goals
- Supervises employees to ensure they follow the company’s policies and practices, including; counseling, time approval, performance management, etc.
- Maintains appropriate staffing levels by following company’s talent acquisition processes and interviewing/hiring practices
- Interfaces with both internal and external customers for the coordination of production operations to support various groups
- Contributes in periodic planning activities to assess and refine business strategies
- Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
- Other duties as assigned
Education, Training and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5+ years management / supervisory experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Proficient English abilities required
- Email and written messaging with intermediate Excel knowledge
- Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies
- Excellent time-management skills
