Overview:

We are seeks a proactive IT and Facilities Manager to replace a retiring team member. This role handles IT operations, facilities maintenance, and diverse operational tasks with a can-do attitude in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up/maintain computers, printers, networks (Sonicwall firewall, VPN, Remote Desktop, RemotePC).
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, Entra Azure, Group Policy, and Windows updates.
• Oversee backups (TrueNAS, UrBackup, Paragon for DR every 6 months).
• Administer Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Macola.
• Maintain network cabling, switches, and DNS (Network Solutions).
• Manage Verizon Wireless, RingCentral phone systems.
• Manage IT inventory

• Coordinate A/C (15000 air handler), Facility Explorer, generator/elevator inspections, permits.
• Manage groundskeeping, cleaning crews, pest control, and coffee services.
• Oversee alarm systems (Total Connect, TruPortal).
• Monitor fire extinguisher tags and annual inspections.
• Manage energy provider contracts and internet providers.

• Complete daily/weekly/monthly IT/facilities checklists 
• Order/maintain supplies and run 3D printers
• Facilities access control hardware and software
• Various facilities cost KPIs
• Review IT/facility issues with leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT administration, facilities management.
• Strong technical skills in networks, servers, and software.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with vendor coordination, contract management.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other enterprise software.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of TrueNAS, Sonicwall, and RingCentral.
• Experience with 3D printing, access control systems.
• Comfortable managing technical/physical infrastructure tasks.
