Warehouse Supervisor
Direct Hire
$60K - $70K Annual Salary
1st shift: 9am - 5:30pm w/30 minute lunch
**Travel to California required**
**Forklift Experience required**

Job Description:
- Oversees warehouse operations.
- Uses common warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Hires and manages warehouse associates.
- Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Sets the shift schedule and daily assignments.
- Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures.
- Supervises packaging, receiving, and shipping activities.
- Completes packaging, receiving, and shipping tasks as needed.
- Tracks in-bound and out-bound inventory.
- Orders new supplies and equipment.
- Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions.
- Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate/Bachelor degree in supply chain management is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management is required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control methods and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
- Strong communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Forklift operator license REQUIRED
