6am - 2:30pm or 4:30pm 

Role Accountabilities
 Layout daily workload for QC Inspectors.
 Resolve quality problems and write reports of corrective and preventive measures.
 Perform inspection on workmanship criteria.
 Perform mechanical and visual inspection to Engineering and specification on multiple product lines (full range of ratings).
 Train employees on quality related functions and train inspectors on how to perform specific job duties.
 Review and approve rejected material.
 Write work instructions for QC inspectors.
 Perform internal audits on work instructions and write report on findings.
 Audit off site supplier processes and write report on findings and contact suppliers of part problems.
 Maintaining a clean and neat work area.
 Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and leading team members on the use 5S, equipment, and resources.
 Coach team members to ensure all environmental health & safety polices are followed.
 Perform reporting and investigation on all environmental and safety incidents, driving to root cause and permanent resolution.
 Perform visual inspection on all product lines.
 Verbal and written communication with other departments.
 Interaction with customers required when necessary.
 Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
 5 years’ experience.
 Must be able to read and interpret schematics.
 Must be able to use Digital Multimeters, Current Clamps and Hand Tools.
