QC Supervisor

6am - 2:30pm or 4:30pm
Role Accountabilities
ï€ Layout daily workload for QC Inspectors.
ï€ Resolve quality problems and write reports of corrective and preventive measures.
ï€ Perform inspection on workmanship criteria.
ï€ Perform mechanical and visual inspection to Engineering and specification on multiple product lines (full range of ratings).
ï€ Train employees on quality related functions and train inspectors on how to perform specific job duties.
ï€ Review and approve rejected material.
ï€ Write work instructions for QC inspectors.
ï€ Perform internal audits on work instructions and write report on findings.
ï€ Audit off site supplier processes and write report on findings and contact suppliers of part problems.
ï€ Maintaining a clean and neat work area.
ï€ Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and leading team members on the use 5S, equipment, and resources.
ï€ Coach team members to ensure all environmental health & safety polices are followed.
ï€ Perform reporting and investigation on all environmental and safety incidents, driving to root cause and permanent resolution.
ï€ Perform visual inspection on all product lines.
ï€ Verbal and written communication with other departments.
ï€ Interaction with customers required when necessary.
ï€ Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
ï€ 5 years’ experience.
ï€ Must be able to read and interpret schematics.
ï€ Must be able to use Digital Multimeters, Current Clamps and Hand Tools.
