Installation Supervisor
Direct Hire
Salary: $100,000K annually (negotiable/flexible depending on experience)

Our client is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead on-site installation projects for their smart warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing racking system installations and be comfortable working in dynamic project environments across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

●Oversee end-to-end installation of warehouse racking systems and shuttle car equipment at client sites.
●Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and safe execution.
●Conduct site assessments, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
●Provide on-site leadership to installation crews and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

Requirements:

●Proven experience as an installation supervisor or team lead in the warehouse racking or material handling industry.
●Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the United States (primarily based in Texas but projects may be nationwide).
●Strong understanding of racking system assembly, safety protocols, and construction best practices.
●Ability to read technical drawings and follow project specifications.
●Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus (for internal coordination with China-based engineering/management teams).
●Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
