Salary: $65,000 $85,000 (depending on experience and PM degree)

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of active and pending projects from inception to completion.

Project management responsibilities include the coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope, plan and designate company resources accordingly, and communicate project specifics and progress to all involved.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate and coordinate project activities with stakeholders. In conjunction with client and internal departments, lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans.
• Analyze project progress, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project adheres to project requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes, identifying efficiencies and potential risk to maximize all resources.
• Manage internal control systems. Ensure that every project has met all the necessary contractual
  requirements with appropriate recordkeeping and information system (SAP).
• Evaluates project data related to scheduling, cost, risks and all other requests to present to Leadership for effective decision-making.
• Preparation of financial forecasts through analyzing of project data and vendor pricing.
• Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Solid technology skills, including a proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
• Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
• Ability to complete a high volume of tasks with little or no guidance.
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.

• Ability to switch gears at a moment s notice.
• A personable, approachable, and hands-on leadership style, is desired.
