Duties
* Ensure internal and external customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner.
* Work directly with the service department to support the service and repair deadlines by researching, procuring parts and supplies, providing status updates.
* Respond accurately and quickly to all requests for quotes, updates, and general support.
* Responsible for quotations and orders relating to spare parts within the defined product scope assigned.
* Parts identification and research ensuring the correct part(s) are sold
* Process quotation within system.
* Check availability of stock and lead time; Process Orders.
* Enter shipping instructions and handling priority.
* Monitor open sales orders to ensure shipping information is communicated to the customer in timely manner – credit holds, backorders, changes orders shall be an integral part of the order management process.
* Submit credit and return requests in detail to the Parts Manager.
* Confirm any warranty parts order is associated with a unit serial number at the time of the order.
* Follow-up on all outstanding parts quotations to assess potential sale or reasoning for lost order.
Qualifications
*Must have SAP and Sourcing experience
*Must have Dealer Development experience.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook),
* Must have the ability to handle word processing and spreadsheets in an efficient manner.
* High school diploma, Associates degree or equivalent industry experience.
* Good mechanical aptitude is necessary (auto and/or heavy machinery)
* Parts technical knowledge is required.
* DIS Keystone knowledge is preferred.
* Bilingual (Spanish and English) is preferred.
