Temp to Hire
Duties:
- Schedule meetings for company management
- Assist with onsite/offsite meetings for Engineering
- Provide engineering support for projects
- Assist/coordinate supplier coordination meetings with Engineering and Management
- Issue and coordinate RMA (Return Material Authorization) with clients and suppliers
- Maintain project documentation to ensure adherence with company retention policy and contract compliance
- Maintain ISO/UL certifications by participating in annual audits and maintaining various reports, lists, charts and records
- Provide ISO training to new employees
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college a plus
- 2+ years’ experience in a related field, electrical industry a plus
- Experience with document control and ISO 9001 certification REQUIRED
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Solid communication skills and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with Adobe PDF software
