$20/hr
Position Summary
Seeking a highly motivated candidate to join their Quality Assurance team with manufacturing experience. This is a full-time position and is eligible for the company’s benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
Essential Job Functions
- Recieve, log and investigate customer non-conformance claims
- Correspond professionally with customers regarding claims
- Complete non-conformance reports
- Manage and maintain multiple report spreadsheets using Google Docs and Excel
- Research routers and drawings using SAP
- Fill in on spection desks as needed
- Help prepare for and attend audits PRN
- Route warranty repairs through repair operations for potential quality issues
- Other duties as assigned
Education, Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have working command of the English Language (read, write and speak)
- Must be able to work independently and with others
- Strict attention to detail is required
- SAP software experience is a plus
- Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills are required
- Must be "kindly" assertive
- Ability to read drawings, use measurement tools and microscope
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
