Job Description

Bilingual Quality Trainee
Direct Hire 
$60,000 Annual Salary 
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

We are looking for a motivated Quality Trainee to join our Quality team. This is an entry- level position with training provided.

Responsibilities
• Assist with daily quality inspections and documentation.
• Support quality data entry and reporting.
• Learn quality standards and solar manufacturing processes.
• Communicate with Production and Quality teams regarding quality issues.

Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese or English and Spanish is required.
• Interest in the solar/PV manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
• Good vision and ability to identify quality defects and abnormalities.
• Manufacturing or quality experience is a plus but not required.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
