Receptionist needed for a Direct Hire opportunity in NW Houston area paying $15/hr working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm! This company markets gorgeous Italian marbles and stone for residential and commercial use. Company provides benefits such as 401K, Health Insurance and paid vacations!


  • Greets visitors in a friendly and professional manner; determines their needs, notifies
    the person(s) being visited and stays within the vicinity of the reception area at all times
    and coordinates with the Office Manager for substituting during any absence.
  •  Answers telephone calls promptly and courteously; screens calls, transfers caller to
    correct individual
  • Checks the answering machine in the morning and retrieves messages and delivers
  •  Receives and sorts incoming mail, express envelopes and courier deliveries; distributes
    mail to employee mailboxes; delivers express envelopes and courier deliveries directly
    to recipient.
  •  Prepares and posts all outgoing mail and express envelopes daily; maintains, arranges
    courier services.
  •  Checks inventory of mailroom, office and kitchen supplies on Friday of each week and
    prepares order forms accordingly, receives approval from Office Manager and places
  •  Prepares sales packets with marketing literature and correspondence as directed by
    sales personnel.
  •  Runs routine weekly and quarterly sales reports.
  • Prepares website sample orders for the production area and ensures the sample
    orders are shipped on time and to the correct location.
  • Straightens and maintains orderly appearance of reception area.
  • Performs routine clerical functions as requested.
  • Reports directly to Inside Sales Manager. Assists and works in conjunction with Sales
    and Administration to facilitate smooth office operations.
  •  Bi-lingual capability is desired (English/Spanish).


  •  High school diploma is preferred
  •  Good communication skills and the ability to work
      well with people is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office computer applications is
