Pay: $16.00
Summary:
Answer, screen, and direct calls. Greet vendors, customers, and visitors. Provide administrative
support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
Exercises considerable judgement and discretion in handling requests for appointments and telephone calls
Reviews and responds to daily internal/external mail and overnight packages; sends and receives faxes
Proactively establishes and maintains highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other recofds
Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, copying, faxing and mailing
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills
Attendance and punctuality imperative
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Acute attention to detail
Manage priorities and workflow
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Background Experience / Education:
High school diploma
1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area a plus
