$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
 Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
 Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
 Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
 Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments.
 Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
 Stocks all supplies in breakrooms, conference rooms, and in the shop as needed.
 Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
 Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
 Responds to and resolves uniform issues and questions and directs all problems to Cintas as they occur.
 Processes time sheets in Epicor for the shop employees daily.
 Scan timesheets into Therefore on a daily basis.
 Prepares each conference room before any business meetings, ensuring all areas are organized and stocked including cleaning up after training or meetings.
 Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
 Excellent verbal communication skills.
 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
 Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

Education and Experience:
 High school diploma or equivalent required.
 Associate degree in related field preferred.
 Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
