Temp to Hire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Will be entering sales orders for department
- Creating files for sales team
- Sorting paperwork to go out to the shop
- Data Entry: Updating inventory weekly into form
Confirming orders/inquiries are checked and filed - Will be acting Receptionist during breaks, lunch rotation, vacation/sick days
- Assist with planning monthly birthday activities and holiday luncheons
- Must be open to assisting other departments with administrative tasks
- At least 2 years of Order Entry, Sales Support or Administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fast and Accurate typing and data entry
- Excellent Communication Skills
- HS Diploma or equivalent
