Job Description

Sales Administrative Assistant, 77095
Temp to Hire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with 1/2 hour lunch
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Duties: 
  • Will be entering sales orders for department
  • Creating files for sales team
  • Sorting paperwork to go out to the shop
  • Data Entry: Updating inventory weekly into form
    Confirming orders/inquiries are checked and filed
  • Will be acting Receptionist during breaks, lunch rotation, vacation/sick days
  • Assist with planning monthly birthday activities and holiday luncheons
  • Must be open to assisting other departments with administrative tasks
Requirements: 
  • At least 2 years of Order Entry, Sales Support or Administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fast and Accurate typing and data entry
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
