Hybrid work environment, in-office 3 days/week
**MUST HAVE 1-2 years of recent B2B Software Sales experience to be considered**
The candidate for this position will be supportive and help the senior sales personnel create and create leads for new opportunities. Using a collaborative approach to value-based selling, this person will use their industry knowledge and basic services sales skills to identify and qualify leads, steering them to sales opportunities with new customers.
The role is positioned within a high-growth market unit and an organization undergoing transformational growth (organic and inorganic).
Responsibilities
- Help senior managers prepare, update, and execute the Go -To- Market Strategy for nominated industries.
- Support, prepare, own, and maintain Territory Plan for agreed sales verticals.
- Prepare Account Plans and action cards for named accounts with the help of senior sales team members.
- Support the sales team leads with demand generation, understanding customer needs, and agreeing on a mutual evaluation process.
- Ability to manage CRM and update them regularly with any sales activity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience selling Software and Services, and/or Consulting Professional Services. (1-3 years)
- Basic understanding of services related to sales cycle delivery across the North American market covering.
- Preferable - Some working experience in the specified industry Software sales; preferable experience selling both licenses and implementation services from Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, or Epicor.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data hygiene and accurate reporting is an added advantage.
- A track record of consistently meeting and over-achieving quota.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
