Accountability:
The Qualification Specialist is accountable for pre-qualifying all candidates who contact the company with interest in our franchise program. In this position, the Qualification Specialist handles all communication, correspondence, and documentation until the candidate is handed off to a Recruiter.
Key Result Areas:
Communication with Candidates
– Handle all in-coming calls.
– Pre-qualify candidates who meet requirements.
– Place follow-up calls when necessary (for example, applications are not received on agreed-to dates.)
– Conduct ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed of what they need to do to get to continue in the process.
Prepare and Send Documents/Correspondence
– Send initial franchise packets to pre-qualified candidates.
– Send the UFOC to qualified candidates.
– Send letters to candidates when necessary (for example, taking them out of the
process).
Assess Candidate Documents for Qualification
– Verify candidate meets pre-qualifications when application is received.
– Order and review background checks.
Maintain Candidate Tracking System
– Document all calls and activity on the computer (in the Candidate Tracking System).
– Make reports available to Manager informing them of the status of candidates.
Communication with Recruiters
– Provide Recruiters with the information they need on candidates when files are turned over to them.
