Job Description

Sanitation Technician / Janitor
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize office areas, including desks, floors, trash receptacles, and common spaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and break rooms, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and dining areas.
  • Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, soap dispensers, and paper products.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces as needed.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
  • Safely use, handle, and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to management.
  • Follow all company health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
 
Requirements
  • Prior janitorial or sanitation experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • May require lifting up to 25 lbs.
