Job Description

Scheduling Coordinator - Construction Industry
Paying $23-25/hr
TTH
M-F 7am-4pm

Responsibilities:
Order intake, data entry of orders, enter details into system
Confirm order with customer
Manage order changes and rescheduling delivery dates
Track order progress, identify potential delays, and work directly with customers to ensure that delivery remains within time line
Communicate with customers via text, email or phone
Must have great communication skills and provide exceptional customer service
Must have attention to detail
Looking for a problem-solver with the ability to manage order changes and rescheduling to meet customer's needs
Manage order and delivery process from start to finish
High volume tickets (100 orders per day)
Work well with multiple departments within the company
