Job Description

Job Title: Shipping Coordinator
Location: Sugar Land, TX 77478
Pay: $16 – $20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping and inventory operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely handling of shipments and maintaining efficient material flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers and vendors
  • Process shipping requests, returns, and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate shipping logs and inventory records
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including export paperwork
  • Ensure all shipments meet company standards and accuracy requirements
  • Support material handling and workflow within the warehouse
  • Communicate with internal teams to meet shipping deadlines
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of shipping, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus
