Warehouse/Shipping Associates needed in Conroe
Temp-to-hire
Monday-Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm 
Paying $16.50/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Sort and stage all orders prior to shipping
  • Place received materials into proper warehouse storage locations
  • Pull stock and return it to the correct location
  • Enters shipping data (UPS, FEDEX, Parcel Post, etc.) using appropriate scales, computer programs, forms, and measurements.
  • Distribute material to various production units in a timely and accurate manner to insure adherence to production schedules.
  • Read work order or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers requiring movement to designated location.
  • Open containers, load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
  • Review shop packet work sheets, pick required parts and review for accuracy.
  • Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other containers.
  • Stack or assemble materials into bundles and bands bundles together.
  • Ensure inventory levels and location accuracy of all parts and report to 
  • Verify availability and expedite missing parts and retrieve material in a timely manner to maintain production schedules.
  • Operate equipment to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
  • Follow all 5S practices and support lean activities, as well as safety regulations policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements: 
  • Have earned a High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to communicate effectively with other employees and departments
  • Demonstrating effort to developing a team relationship
