Warehouse/Shipping Associates needed in Conroe
Temp-to-hire
Monday-Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm
Paying $17.50/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Sort and stage all orders prior to shipping
- Place received materials into proper warehouse storage locations
- Pull stock and return it to the correct location
- Enters shipping data (UPS, FEDEX, Parcel Post, etc.) using appropriate scales, computer programs, forms, and measurements.
- Distribute material to various production units in a timely and accurate manner to insure adherence to production schedules.
- Read work order or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers requiring movement to designated location.
- Open containers, load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
- Review shop packet work sheets, pick required parts and review for accuracy.
- Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other containers.
- Stack or assemble materials into bundles and bands bundles together.
- Ensure inventory levels and location accuracy of all parts and report to
- Verify availability and expedite missing parts and retrieve material in a timely manner to maintain production schedules.
- Operate equipment to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
- Follow all 5S practices and support lean activities, as well as safety regulations policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Have earned a High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to communicate effectively with other employees and departments
- Demonstrating effort to developing a team relationship
