Shop Helpers Openings available NOW in North Houston 77032!!

Temp with the possibility of Perm Placement

Pay rate $15.50/hr

1st Shift 6:00AM to 2:30PM

Job Duties

  • Operate belt sander and small hand grinder to remove burrs, grind pipes
  • Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations
  • Ability to perform under environmental conditions including, but not limited to dust, heat, fumes, humidity, and noise.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements including, but not limited to carrying, lifting crouching, and pushing parts.
  • Operated basic hand and power tools

Requirements:

  • Basic mechanical understanding
  • Basic safety requirements as related to production environment
  • **MAJOR PLUS**Able to operate a Sit-down Forklift
